SSCR Soft Fruit Winter Meeting, SCRI, Invergowrie – 9 March 2011, 1.30-4.30pm

Cereals in Practice, Balruddery Farm, SCRI – 5 July 2011, 1.30-5.30pm
Please note date change Cereals in Practice will now take place on Tuesday 5 July 2011. Uniquely, Cereals in Practice brings variety trials and research together in one place and is aimed at farmers, agronomists, industry and scientists working with cereals. This event, sponsored by SCRI, SAC and SSCR is becoming a must-see, showcasing current research, SAC's wheat and barley variety and management trials and demonstrations and displays from commercial companies.

Fruit for the Future, SCRI, Invergowrie – 14 July 2011, 1.30-5pm
This free event showcases developments and trends in SCRI’s soft fruit breeding and research programmes. It is aimed at farmers, agronomists, those in the food and drink industries, scientists and others interested in soft fruit and consists of a seminar programme followed by a tour of the breeding plots (with fruit tasting) and current field experiments.

Potatoes in Practice, Balruddery Farm, SCRI – 11 August 2011, 9.30am-4.30pm
Potatoes in Practice is the biggest field potato event in the UK and brings together variety trials and research in one place making it an unmissable date in the potato industry calendar. It is sponsored by Potato Council and features trials and demonstrations from SCRI, SAC, Masstock Arable (UK) Ltd. (formerly CSC Potato Care) and the potato industry.
